This is a case study of the process of working on a corporate branding project or company profile of one of my clients, named Artichain Finance.
This project aimed to revitalize the digital marketing efforts for Paddi Hills, a hidden gem cafe in Puncak, Bogor, offering breathtaking scenery and a cozy atmosphere. The primary challenges were to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive sales through various digital platforms, despite the business’s limited online presence and fierce local competition.
Before launching our campaigns, our team conducted thorough market research and competitor analysis. We identified that Paddi Hills’ target audience primarily consisted of individuals aged 19-45 in tier 1 cities and surrounding areas, especially those near Puncak (Bogor, Cianjur, Jakarta, Depok). This insight was crucial in shaping our strategy to capitalize on the location’s unique selling points.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist and Paid Performance Lead, I oversaw both the content creation and paid performance strategies. We aimed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Google My Business.
Paddi Hills started with minimal social media following. We successfully expanded their digital footprint across multiple channels.
We differentiated Paddi Hills from established competitors by focusing on its unique selling points, such as the stunning scenery and cozy atmosphere.
With a limited ad budget of IDR 1,060,237, we strategically allocated resources across different platforms and campaign objectives to maximize impact.
This project demonstrates our ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that deliver tangible business results for local businesses in competitive markets. By focusing on creating engaging content, implementing targeted paid campaigns, and expanding to new platforms, we significantly increased Paddi Hills’ brand awareness and drove engagement beyond the initial expectations.
The successful expansion to TikTok, optimization of Google My Business, and the implementation of a multi-platform paid advertising strategy showcases our ability to identify and leverage new growth opportunities. The high engagement rates and significant increase in reach across all platforms underscores the effectiveness of our data-driven approach and adaptability to market trends.
