Project Overview

This project aimed to revitalize the digital marketing efforts for Paddi Hills, a hidden gem cafe in Puncak, Bogor, offering breathtaking scenery and a cozy atmosphere. The primary challenges were to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive sales through various digital platforms, despite the business’s limited online presence and fierce local competition.

Before launching our campaigns, our team conducted thorough market research and competitor analysis. We identified that Paddi Hills’ target audience primarily consisted of individuals aged 19-45 in tier 1 cities and surrounding areas, especially those near Puncak (Bogor, Cianjur, Jakarta, Depok). This insight was crucial in shaping our strategy to capitalize on the location’s unique selling points.

Scope of Work

As the Digital Marketing Specialist and Paid Performance Lead, I oversaw both the content creation and paid performance strategies. We aimed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Google My Business.

  • Developed a comprehensive content strategy focusing on entertainment, aesthetic, promotional, and informational content pillars.
  • Established a warm and genuine brand voice, emphasizing the tagline “Makan Enak dengan View Puncak.”
  • Created a mood board and visual elements to enhance brand identity.

  • Created and managed daily content uploads across Instagram and TikTok platforms.
  • Produced a mix of entertainment, aesthetic, promotional, and informational content to engage the audience, with a focus on showcasing the unique ambiance and culinary offerings of Paddi Hills.

3. Paid Performance Campaigns

  • Led the strategy for paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a total budget of IDR 1,060,237.
  • Implemented a three-funnel approach (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conducted A/B testing on ad creatives and audience targeting to optimize performance.

4. Influencer Marketing

  • Collaborated with micro-influencers to increase brand reach and engagement.

  • Reached 174,074 people on Instagram, a 395,345% increase for non-followers and 4,216% for followers.
  • Achieved 233,582 impressions on Instagram, a 30,156% increase.

2. Engagement Growth

  • Generated 1,945 content interactions on Instagram.
  • Accumulated over 25,000 views on TikTok in just over three weeks, starting from a minimal follower base.

3.Paid Advertising Performance

  • Google Ads: Achieved 86 conversions (driving directions to Paddi Hills) with a CTR of 1.23%.
  • Meta Ads: Attained a CTR of 0.39% overall, with 6.43% for traffic objective campaigns.
  • TikTok Ads: Reached 3,761 people with a high CTR of 28.7%.

4. Platform Expansion

  • Successfully launched and grew Paddi Hills’ presence on TikTok.
  • Optimized Google My Business profile, leveraging the 4.8-star rating and positive reviews.

Paddi Hills started with minimal social media following. We successfully expanded their digital footprint across multiple channels.
