This is a case study of the process of working on a corporate branding project or company profile of one of my clients, named Artichain Finance.
This project aimed to revitalize the digital marketing efforts for Faedah Shop, a Batam-based business specializing in customizable flower bouquets and gift items. The primary challenge was to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive sales through various digital platforms, despite the business’s limited online presence and fierce local competition.
Before launching our campaigns, my team and I conducted thorough market research and competitor analysis. We identified that Faedah Shop’s target audience primarily consisted of women aged 18-24 in Batam, with peak interest in flower bouquets during graduation seasons (June and November). This insight was crucial in shaping our strategy to capitalize on the upcoming graduation season.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, Design, Editing, and Paid Performance Team, I oversaw both the content creation and paid performance strategies. We aimed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee.
Faedah Shop started with only 2,628 Instagram followers and no presence on TikTok or active e-commerce platforms. We successfully expanded their digital footprint across multiple channels.
We differentiated Faedah Shop from established competitors like Kristin Florist and Sunday Florist by focusing on fully customizable bouquets and targeting specific occasions like graduations.
By aligning our campaign with the graduation season and creating relevant content, we capitalized on peak demand periods to maximize impact.
This project demonstrates my ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that deliver tangible business results in challenging markets. By focusing on creating relatable content, implementing targeted paid campaigns, and expanding to new platforms, we significantly increased Faedah Shop’s brand awareness and drove sales beyond the initial targets.
The achievement of a 5.21 ROAS and surpassing sales goals by 193% underscores the effectiveness of our data-driven approach and adaptability to market trends. Moreover, the successful expansion to TikTok and reactivation of e-commerce channels showcases my ability to identify and leverage new growth opportunities.
This project stands as a testament to my expertise in revitalizing digital presence, crafting engaging content strategies, and implementing efficient paid campaigns to drive business growth in competitive markets.
