This is a case study of the process of working on a corporate branding project or company profile of one of my clients, named Artichain Finance.
This project aimed to revitalize the digital marketing efforts for Astra Daihatsu Cirebon Tuparev, an official Daihatsu outlet in Cirebon, West Java. The primary challenges were to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive leads and sales through various digital platforms, despite the business’s limited social media presence and competitive automotive market.
Before launching our campaigns, our team conducted thorough market research and competitor analysis. We identified that Astra Daihatsu Cirebon’s target audience primarily consisted of individuals aged 25-55 in Cirebon and surrounding areas, with a focus on first jobbers, young families, and local entrepreneurs. This insight was crucial in shaping our strategy to capitalize on the brand’s unique selling points and promotional offers.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist and Paid Performance Lead, I oversaw both the content creation and paid performance strategies. We aimed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads.
Attached is posters that we used for our Astra campaign ads creatives. We adjust the style according to the market segment. For Sigra and Ayla quite closer to audience who has family, meanwhile the Gran Max is purely for local business and entrepreneur.
As a full stack digital marketer, making a content is a part of our job. I was ordered to make a promotional and informational content in order to keep engage with Astra’s audience, and get the viral content organically.
Astra Daihatsu Cirebon started with minimal social media following. We successfully expanded their digital footprint across multiple channels, significantly increasing followers and engagement.
We differentiated Astra Daihatsu Cirebon from competitors by focusing on targeted promotions and creating relatable, engaging content that resonated with the local audience.
With a limited ad budget of IDR 2,853,786, we strategically allocated resources across different platforms and campaign objectives to maximize impact, resulting in an exceptional ROAS.
This project demonstrates our ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that deliver tangible business results for automotive dealerships in competitive markets. By focusing on creating engaging content, implementing targeted paid campaigns, and expanding to new platforms like TikTok, we significantly increased Astra Daihatsu Cirebon’s brand awareness and drove engagement beyond the initial expectations.
The successful optimization of social media platforms, implementation of a multi-platform paid advertising strategy, and the generation of high-quality leads showcases our ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities in the automotive sector. The high engagement rates, significant increase in reach across all platforms, and the conversion of leads to sales underscores the effectiveness of our data-driven approach and adaptability to market trends.
This project stands as a testament to our expertise in revitalizing digital presence, crafting engaging content strategies, and implementing efficient paid campaigns to drive business growth for automotive dealerships in competitive markets.
